What Sets us Apart?
What makes Christians different from those in the world? What do we mean by Christians not being of the world? I think these are questions of the most fundamental sort. When I say that a true Christian is not of this world, I mean his or her focus, mindset, origin, destiny, goals, thoughts, speech, behavior, worldview, etc. is unlike that of those who accept this present world as home, and the ways of the nations as their natures. Do you identify with that? How does one come to represent that in reality, and not just in word? To know that, we have to answer the first question: “What makes Christians different from those in the world?”
